Our Staff

Brian Paul, MSPT

University of Florida ’98, Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology
University of Alabama Birmingham ’00, Masters of Science in Physical Therapy   Brian has been working as a physical therapist since 2000 and working in orthopedics since 2001. Brian has also had vast experience working with pediatric populations, having worked for 2 years in the school system, as well as in NICU, PICU, and pediatric departments at St. Peters University Hospital in New Brunswick, NJ. Although his practice is devoted to all aspects of orthopedic rehabilitation, Brian is especially interested in knee and shoulder rehabilitation. Brian is also a big proponent of using ‘kinesiotaping’ to aid in pain relief and muscle strengthening.


Jennifer Paul, MSPT

University of Alabama ’96, Bachelor of Science in Psychology University of Alabama Birmingham ’99, Masters of Science in Physical Therapy   Jennifer has been working as a physical therapist since 1999, and has been in orthopedics since 2000. Jennifer also has vast experience in a broad range of other fields of physical therapy including wound care, aquatics, early intervention, and acute care. Jennifer has also been responsible for devising our women’s health program which should be operational in the near future. Please contact us for information about this program.


Krista Ruprecht,MSPT

Krista Ruprecht  is a physical therapist in our Marlboro office.  Krista has been practicing for 29 years.  A graduate of Quinnipiac College, Krista has worked primarily in orthopedics with a specialty in spinal manipulation and body mechanics.  On a personal level Krista is the oldest of 9 children and grew up in Monmouth County.  She enjoys quilting, baking, and gardening when she is not busy with her 3 children.


Virginia Delzo, Operations Manager

Virginia has been working in our Marlboro office for 3 years, overseeing the day to day operations of all of our clinics as well as billing,credentialing, and employee relations. Virginia has been working in some capacity of physical therapy management for the past 15 years.  When she is not working, Virginia enjoys spending time with her husband and 2 beautiful daughters.


Kathy Mazzella, Front Desk

Kathy is our Jackson office receptionist. She is responsible for all billing and scheduling in the Jackson office.


Andrew Chung

Andrew is a physical therapy aide in our Marlboro office. He is presently attending Mercer Community college where he is enrolled in the Physical Therapy Assistant program.


Megan Doherty

Megan works as a physical therapy aide in both our Marlboro and Jackson offices. Megan attended Temple University where she received a bachelor of science degree in Kinesiology. She is planning to attend physical therapy school in the near future.
